This project is about the design of an action recognition algorithm for Kinect and its application in a natural user interface game. It bases on Kinect skeleton tracking technology, an algorithm that can check the human action matching and recognize the posture was designed and implemented. In order to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the algorithm, a game called “Garden Escape” was designed and implemented.
The goal of the project is to write software that makes seismic data (vibrations in the ground) visual. When these vibrations are visualized the data can be analysed. After analysis, one can determine where there is oil in the ground.
